The course objective of ‘Karm Yog for Life Management’ certificate course is to explore the principles of Karm Yog as a practical philosophy for achieving balance, fulfilment, and well-being in life. Participants will delve into the ancient wisdom of Karm Yog, learning how selfless action, detachment, and mindfulness can be applied to various aspects of life, including work, relationships, and personal growth. - Dr. Pooja Thacker: She is an author, changemaker, music therapist, Ayurved doctor and entrepreneur. As a changemaker, she is leading more than 50 initiatives to uplift the social, cultural and moral values of individuals and society as well as Women and Child Welfare projects. As a Gunje Gita trainer, she educates Gita Adhyay and nurtures moral education in individuals and society. She also leads Give Vacha Academy educational initiative.
