Course Objectives
The objective of the ‘Basic Ayurvedic Solutions for Chronic Disease’ course is to empower participants with basic knowledge and practical skills in Ayurved to effectively manage chronic health conditions. Through a blend of theoretical learning and hands-on application, participants will gain insights into the holistic principles of Ayurved, including understanding Doshas (bioenergies), identifying root causes of chronic diseases, and implementing simple yet effective Ayurvedic remedies and lifestyle practices to promote healing and long-term well-being. - Dr. Pooja Thacker: She is an author, changemaker, music therapist, Ayurved doctor and entrepreneur. As a Gunje Gita trainer, she educates Gita Adhyay and nurtures moral education in individuals and society. She also leads Give Vacha Academy educational initiative. As a BAMS doctor, she has 15+ years of experience in Ayurved, research and counselling.
- Dr. Krupesh Thacker: He is well-known author, life coach, changemaker, singer-songwriter, music therapist and filmmaker. As a life coach, he designed and executed a wide range of ‘Spiritual Awareness and Enlightenment Workshops’. As an author, his acclaimed literary works are published in the best-selling ‘Bhagavad Gita for Life’ book series. As a changemaker, he leads over 50 social cultural activities, including global campaigns that inspire society to practice the Karm Yog and reach enlightenment. He is active in the Gujarati and Hindi music and film industry with 100+ songs and 18 films to his credit. As a Music Therapist and MBBS doctor, he has 15+ years of experience in music and health. He is also known as the best music therapist in India.
